Worked for a rapidly expanding Internet Service Provider based in southern England by providing support and advice on telecommunications regulations and policies. Helped maintain compliance with OFCOM regulations by updating terms and conditions, business policies and procedures, and keeping up to date with recent industry trends. Participated in industry conference meetings, policy training, and networking events. Provided policy advice during the merger and acquisition with four other ISPs in order to develop a common set of T&Cs and policies, gained insight into M&As and participated in the discovery process.

Managed and organized online orders and deliveries using computer software and mobile devices. Provided exceptional customer service, processed returns, conducted transactions and sales.

Volunteered for the local MP Steve Brine during the 2019 UK General Election. Delivered campaign material and newsletters to constituents, conducted door-to-door surveys and opinion polls. Gained insight and experience in both local and national politics.

Provided customer service and guided tours of America's National Churchill Museum in Fulton, Missouri. Participated in archival work and research, setup of exhibits.

Unpaid academic internship through Westminster College. My internship project is to create a Study Abroad Alumni Network, so that Westminster students interested in studying abroad can contact alumni with any questions or concerns they have.
