I entered the nonprofit sector professionally while acquiring my undergraduate degree. After serving in a leadership role throughout most of my college years, I spent a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA at a transitional housing facility for families before I obtained my Masters of Public and Nonprofit Administration. During my graduate studies, I became interested in using data to help both nonprofits and funders make decisions driven by thoughtful, results-oriented analysis. I spent three as a data analyst for Youth Villages, compiling and analyzing various datasets, chiefly for program evaluation and funding acquisition before transitioning to the marketing sector, where I served a Senior Analyst for Hearts and Science. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Science in Analytics from Georgia Insitute of Technology.
