As a software engineer II at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL), I design and develop complex, distributed web applications for various projects and clients. I have over five years of experience in using C# and ASP.NET as my main technologies, as well as PostgreSQL, Angular, Python, and bash.I also have extensive knowledge and skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, which I leveraged to transition several services to containerized and native environments. I created helm charts for deploying distributed systems, developed a messaging library for using Kafka, GMSEC, or ActiveMQ, and presented training on Docker to my team. Additionally, I mentored interns and students, developed messaging and RESTful APIs, and demonstrated software to stakeholders. I hold a master's degree in computer science from Utah State University and a bachelor's degree in physics from Brigham Young University - Idaho. I am proficient in agile development, Traefik, and helm charts. I am passionate about creating innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients.
