Media Strategy Manager • Provide affiliate marketing program management and strategy for top advertiser brands in the retail, software, and technology verticals• Lead weekly status calls with advertiser and internal teams • Manage advertiser budget and media spend, providing strategic recommendations to maintain efficiency and exceed program goals• Liaise between advertiser and publisher network, negotiating and purchasing paid media on behalf of advertiser • Build and present business reviews and strategy planning to advertiser leadership• Train and coach team members and new hires, sharing best practices for driving program success and operational efficiency

• Build and interpret extensive advertiser reporting to display program effectiveness and drive strategic direction• Train and develop analyst team members, highlighting additional areas to incorporate their support • Identify and recruit new publishers to maintain program growth• Lead introduction and status calls between advertiser team and new or existing publishers• Manage and optimize existing publisher relationships to increase advertiser exposure and revenue• Build and present advertiser strategy presentations - providing insight to historical data, future recommendations, and addressing questions from advertiser leadership• Forecast, book, and report on media placements for Co-Op initiatives and standard increased advertiser exposure

- Develop and implement dynamic social media marketing campaigns- Create scripted ad content to enhance brand awareness- Extract data from ATS (Bullhorn) and translate to performance reports- Support and influence the executive team and account managers during decision-making processes, marketing strategies and operational planning- Draft and proofread marketing newsletter, advertising and website copy

- Support human resources, controlling resume flow within ATS- Source and develop leads to increase candidate and client base- Sort job applications, vet candidates and recommend individuals- Liaise between employees and senior leadership to address inquiries, complete contract processing and foster problem resolution- Recruit candidates and educate them on expected job tasks, compensation and benefits to set clear expectations

- Examine claims, records and procedures to grant approval of coverage- Offer policy guidance and management to promote asset protection- Prospecting / Cold calling, analyze customer needs and provide best options- Skillfully and patiently explain coverage options to existing and potential policyholders, answering any questions or concerns- Meet with existing customers, addressing any needs that may have changed, recommending products to satisfy those needs
