 Read, interpret and understand various mechanical drawings, manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Inspect, direct, and perform work of mechanic and other shop personnel; instruct and assist mechanic in diagnostic and repair techniques.  Work closely with Superintendents to schedule routine and non-routine maintenance. Supervise the work of mechanics to ensure that the set workshop processes are followed so that the work flow, quality standards.
