: During my time as the lead investigator for the cycle counting team, we made the exemption for the past three years. I set the Department goals for the year and help each department to try and reach them. I help count, investigate shortages/overages, and help with Putaway when short-staffed. Answer emails from Buyers and Customer Service when they are searching for a specific part when it’s in Quarantine. I help Receiving when they are short-staffed. Train all new employees when they start in my group. Since becoming team lead in 2018, I have been scheduling and assisting in planning many special projects in the warehouse as well as, ensuring that all jobs are completed in our daily schedule.Now as a Direct to Tech, I try and make my region gets the parts they need for service calls. I expedite parts from vendors. I field any calls that come from the field and help with customer orders.
