Key responsibilities include developing concurrent projects, with on-brand design solutions for new store growth from schematic design through build-out, working cross-functionally with Leasing and Construction, obtaining Exec and Landlord alignment and managing FF+E budgets.• Develop the design concept through the selection, detailing and documentation of finishes, furnishingsand lighting, appropriate for the approved project budget and schedule.• Create design intent for project drawing development from initial schematic floorplan iterations to detailed and complete construction drawing submissions and coordinate design intent with consultants of all disciplines to ensure a cohesive integration of building systems.• Prepare design-related budgetary inputs alongside the Project Manager.• Present project-specific design concept and details at specified milestones to key stakeholders, consultants and vendors.• Prepare design-related documentation to accompany construction documentation including site instructions and change orders and review design-related submittals throughout construction including shop drawings and RFI’s.• Attend regular site meetings at pre-determined milestones through pre-construction, constructionand post-construction phases to ensure a cohesive execution of design intent.• Report on all high-priority design-related items in weekly meetings to continue timely execution of project goals.
