● Designed and coordinated the 2019 Getting Through: A Statewide Advising Summit in partnership with NACADA and Complete College America with funding from Lumina Foundation.● Serves as Director of the 75,000 Degrees Initiative designed to increase the number of credentialed/degreed adults in Mobile; funded by Lumina Foundation through the Community Partnership for Attainment Project● Performs grant research, devises action plans and writes grants for programs of MAEF totaling $1,967,584 (2013-2020). ● Coordinates and facilitates the Regional PreK-20 Council, the Education Commission, which includes facilitating data-driven discussions, generating reports and coordinating the annual Education Summit. ● Generated and communicated data reports for the Department of Education’s High School Graduation Initiative Grant (Budget; $9 million over five years).● Co-facilitated the Graduate Ready Strategic Planning Process (2012-13) that resulted in the creation of the Graduate Ready Co-Owned Strategic Plan for the Mobile County Public School System.
