Also involved in the installation, database design and tuning of Oracle software for KWSP. Responsibilities also include management of development team and implementation team. The exercise involved in implementing, deployment and coordination of the system to all state offices nationwide.Other responsibilities include preparation and submission of tender for proposal bids. Duties include sourcing for software solution and preparing financial costing for the projects. Fully responsible in project management of Bank Islam Foreign Currency Clearing Agency (BIFCA) for Bank Islam.Involved in management and implementation operation for Ecourt System.

Heading a team to manage software development, Document Management System (DMS), workflow and Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD). The document management system involved using PCDOCS and Eastman Kodak software whereas workflow and COLD involved using only Eastman Kodak software. Implemented COLD system for Arab Malaysian Finance for their credit card division. I was also involved in the design, development and implementation of in house developed workflow solution for Putrajaya Holdings. Overseas project involved implementation of COLD system Singapore Power, Simon and Schuster of Singapore and DMS for ARCO in Indonesia.Involved in presales marketing activities for DMS, workflow and COLD.

Responsible for in-house network management using Novell Netware. Work involved in trouble shooting network problems, backing up main servers, installation and networking of workstations. Managed also pre and post sales of document management software, Softsolutions. Implemented cheque signature verification system using SoftSolution and customised solution using Visual Basic for Public Bank.Also involved in customisation of in-house help desk software using Lotus Notes.Responsibilities include debugging, customisation and coding of payroll and accounting software package. Programming language used is DataFlex.
