Coordinates and participates in a variety of duties associated with daily process of school support including assisting families as needed either via phone/in person. Assist families needing to find medical resources. Fill out and keep record of MCKINNEY VENTO and Sabbatical/Extenuating Circumstances forms. l Maintaining all student cumulative files. Separate, organize and send out all 8th grade files to appropriate high schools. Check in/out all cumulative files as needed for staff and district. Audit all files 2 times per year. Register new students/withdraw students as needed-notify Family Information Center. Maintain all registration sheets. Record all registration info into e-school. Send student information to various entities as required. Support administrative staff and prepare for registration in August. Maintain all medical files. Enter physicals, immunizations, dental, and vision into E-school and file. Submit all data to IWAS. Make sure all students are in compliance per state and district and state requirements. Collect, record, and make sure all students are in compliance for sports. Scheduleand run dental clinic through CUPHD. Make and distribute student ID’s. Assist in distribution of 8th grade promotion tickets. Keep calendar and schedule meetings and teacher evaluations for the Associate and Assistant Principals. Run various reports as requested by the principal throughout the year. Run E-school and Cognos reports as needed. Schedule picture day. Enter attendance. Make attendance calls. Run/print reports for D, F list and tardy list. Training new staff as needed.

Coordinates and participates in a variety of duties associated with daily process of child daycare including interviewing prospective clients, daily record keeping and filing, making sure allrequired documentation is complete and organized correctly, accounting including accountsreceivable/payable, inventory, and ordering/purchasing supplies. I must work effectively andcalmly with children and families, supervising and teaching children, working with and executinglaws and regulations as mandated by State of Illinois, Department of Children and FamilyServices, Illinois State Board of Education, and USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program.
