Responsibilities:• Monitor calls, emails, and chats completed by PSRs to ensure quality standards are maintained.• Respond to customer inquiries and set appointments via phone and/or email.• Assist with training and mentoring new and tenured PSRs.• Provide Supervisors with regular performance feedback.• Provide leadership in the absence of a Supervisor, or Manager. • Offer suggestions to improve call center efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.• Help create development plans to coach PSRs.• Assist Supervisors and Managers as needed.• Help take calls each Monday and during periods when the call volume is high.
