- Understand customers requirement, discuss suitable solution to the problem and develop scope of work- Prepare request for quotation (RFQ) packages and send to suitable vendors- Receive and evaluate quotation based on various parameters to provide suitable solution considering Value for Money- Select suitable vendor, kickoff meeting, mobilise to site, monitor progress of project, report any issues, resolve disputes and queries during and after the project- Leveraging a strong attention to detail and timeliness, provide efficient administrative support to Project Managers and the Service Delivery team regarding data collection, processing and reporting- Working with the Project team and Operational team to apply for required project permits, administer programs, and maintain the project management documentation suite including project tracking tools- Maintaining contract records and project status including work order management in SAP and supporting the Finance team with the provision of relevant project reporting.- Liaising across the contract team, creating purchase orders, receipt delivery dockets and assist Operations with purchasing requirements- Assist and coordinate services of client submissions and the collation of all documentation and support our SHEQ function in ensuring sub-contractor compliance on site- Undertake reasonable travel intrastate and interstate as required

- Support project team from initial stage to final stage which involves preparation, definingscope of work, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), proposalsubmission for approvals, kick-off meeting, project supervision and completion.- Manage and commission of the handover of assets- Manage the performance of the vendors allocated to deliver their allocated projects- Manage the Client/Customer relationships and expectations for allocated projects- Support asset management team by conducting site validations and evaluations of assets asrequested by client and vendors.- Assessing quality of data by using macros, Python scripts and excel functions.

Work as an Electrical Engineer/Consultant in the World heritage sites and in the buildings and temples of historically and culturally importance which are being renovated and reconstructed after the damage caused by devastating earthquake in Nepal in 25 April 1015.
