Safety Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards required by local regulations (Health & Safety, Environmental, Product Quality, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, GMP and Labeling)  Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage quality.  Audit & control general factory conditions. Report hazards and injuries to management.Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Ensure that all the raw material and finished products conform to the established Internal and External standards. Providing food safety and HACCP trainings to food handlers as per the requirements. Lead the continuous improvement objectives and policies of the company while implementing lean operations across all functions in the organization. Maintain product quality to meet internal and external specifications.  Update and communicate the quality data and records of most important issues. Reduce the customer complains in conjunction with the production and development departments. Conduct regular checks on analysis results of finished, raw and packaging materials.  Verification, validation and calibration program for equipment in the kitchen or factory and monitoring the effectiveness of the sanitation, CIP of critical process of machineries. Updating and maintaining records of most important FS issues. Audit quality processes and systems and ensures corrective actions are taken Implement/ install quality systems and processes. Construct process and procedures to ensure product traceability through the customer/consumerStrategic Responsibilities: Manage, direct and develop the kitchen staff, supervisors. Responsible for product quality to ensure all products and procedures are compliance with national and international standards.Production Responsibilities: Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with production team. Regular check during making process steps and on-line product analysis results during the production process to provide optimum quality level of finished products. Participate in lean operations and other initiatives to improve quality and guide the overall processDelivery Responsibilities: Coordinating with the internal division on standards and facilities resolutions of the international quality issues and problems on the imported material. Provide service data and collect feedback from customers. Attend meeting with customers on service.
