Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue and in the Organization roles and responsibilities. Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, developing HSE plans and procedures, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Sustainability and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.

MANAGING THE OVERALL HSE REQUIREMENTS AND SUSTAINABILITY ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY TO ENHANCE THE BUSINESS REPUTATION AND IMAGE

Responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs and develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSEdecisions which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability

Responsible to provide site HSE leadership, ensure project compliance with corporate safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure project safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.

Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of various quality and safety measures in executing hot works in the fabrication of wind mill towers with the activities viz, MS sheet rolling, welding, cutting, grinding, painting, etc.2. Safety measures in the mobilisation and demobilisation of wind mill towers structures along with loading and unloading activities in the heavy trailer vehicles3. Heavy trailer vehicles / crane movement safety measures to ensure adherence to avoid accidentsACHIEVEMENTSBy means of various studies, team works and imparting regular Training / Workshops for the Maintenance and Driving Crew, reaped the following major achievements. Reduced the number of accidents by 10% by implementing various preventive measures like induction programme to new drivers/ operators, imparting training and counselling schedules, issuing circulars on various issues, etc. Reduced the LTI and near misses by proper implementation of the safety policies and procedures and ensuring adherence
