- Planning and design trials in the greenhouse for transforming the results to commercialization field trials.- Randomization of trials using ARM software for implementation of GH experiments following the company SOPs.- Screening seedlings of crops (corn, soy, cotton, rice, wheat, oat, and barley) for microbial effect on developmental stages, and to study the effect of abiotic and biotic stress in controlled greenhouse conditions.-Communicate with stakeholders for experimental designs to meet the objectives and meet deadlines for planting and data collection and coordinate the research activities with stakeholders and the managers.-Collecting dry biomass of seedlings of crops for evaluation of microbial effect on growth stages. -Analyze data using ARM/R and report the results to owners of the trials.-Manage the office and processing lab in the Research Park at the UI campus, IL.-Ordering the supplies for GH experiments and office as needed.-Manage the student workers and assign task and demonstrating the objective of the experiments to collect quality data.-Invite for zoom meetings with owners of the experiments to discuss the progress of the experiments.-Upload weekly data and images of the growth stages from the greenhouse in the master file.-Participate the company meetings.-Design larger experiments to confirm the effect of promising microbial strains for later stage growth for drought and Nutritional use efficiency and assist with commercial photographing for company publications. -Statistical analysis of SAS, JMP, ARM, and R learning
