- Manage day-to-day accounting process/activities with relevant statutory and accounting laws & principles.- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (per branch and consolidation) to the management and holding company.- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of Finance and Accounting controlprocedures.- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.- Direct, coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities to ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported transaction documents in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity.- Supervising and providing overall guidance to branch accountants as well as tax accounting staff.

- Responsible for ensuring all government relations/affairs and prevailing laws/regulatory matters are handled, met and implemented properly.- Ensure compliance to Company’s applicable policies, regulations, values, code of conducts and standard operation procedures, with the help from Legal & Compliance Departement holding companies (Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors & Berlian Abadua Satu)- Plan General Affair budget, control and monitor its expenditure.- Supervising and providing overall guidance to staffs
