Overseeing the entire function including managing employee engagement, performance and Appraisal.Partnering with senior to create vision, policies, strategic goals and objectives for the business unit.Handling overall co-ordination between management, office employees and factory employees.Responsible for managing Employee Service Files at the corporate office and plant.Ensuring timely confirmation of probationers, implementation of increments.Inducting new joiners into the organization, preparing joining kits and processing all joining formalities.Making travel arrangements for managements and overseeing the hotel bookings.Looking after enquiries, proper follow-up, production planning, dispatching of material from plant, arrangement of logistics, payment realization, execution of work, proper and satisfactory completion of job.Handling all purchase related to raw material or accessoriesHandling Export / Import formalities and handling Custom Handling Agencies.Proper handling of projects from start (Quotation) to end (Completion of Job).Significant exposure to complete Employee Lifecycle Management right from joining, induction process / confirmation till smooth exit process.
