I had worked with Goodweave for over 5 years as Manager- Monitoring, and I have a total of 12 years of experience in various sectors. I was part of the IMC team (Inspections, Monitoring & Certifications). I've managed a team of 15 people in the past and over 5000 supply chain at different locations. I am also in-charge of training new team members and existing team members on various audit and legal indicators that are necessary for conducting audits in accordance with the organization's standards. I am well-versed in labour laws, including the Factory Act, POSH, Child and Adolescent Prohibition and Regulation Act, JJ Act, and other related laws that protect workers' rights. In my current position, I am also responsible for conducting social audits in Goodweave partner factories and supply chains, which are based on various sustainability indicators and other voluntary standards. Reviewing the audit checklist is also one of the KRA. The checklists are reviewed on quality parameters and based on the standards requirements. I also compile field data and present it for the Executive leadership team. I have a good understanding of quality audits & management system audits, IRCA approved Lead auditor QMS (quality auditing) as per ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 19011:2018 from Intertek. I have also taken training on requirements of ISO 17065:2012 for product certification bodies from Quality Council of India (QCI).
