Current• Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Planners to meet management requirements for timelines and costs.• Understanding management requirements and developing business strategies and cash flow models.• Reviewing business plans and budgets with management.• Setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all project stakeholders.• Breaking down annual goals into quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets and assigning them to individuals.• Conducting weekly goal review and snag review meetings.• Maintaining reports and dashboards for SPRINT and project review meetings.• Maintaining a cost analysis dashboard and implementing effective cost control measures.• Coordinating with departments such as Design, Procurement, Finance, Estimation, and Customer Experience to ensure timely resolution of issues.• Updating and approving completed payment milestones in Salesforce.
