From Mar'2020 - till date► Closely working with pre-sales and professional services / consulting groups to understand the technology ecosystem and underlying challenges with legacy systems of customer and provide turnkey solutions in the form of response to RFQs and proposal submission(s)► Worked with the product innovations division of an American multinational financial services corporation which is the leader in global digital payment solutions and technology in building next-gen payment solution platform(s) and /or products that provides seamless bill presentment / payment experience to Payment Institutions, aggregators and consumers.From Oct'2018 - Feb'2020 at IKEA Group DigitalProud to be part of the major Digital Transformation journey providing enterprise architecture consulting and solution development. Worked on several Backend Modernization projects within Group Digital in the capacity of Solution Architect. This includes plan, design and architect data ingestion / analytics pipelines, assessment of technical transformation patterns.Key achievements:► Key contribution in the successful delivery of the pilot during vendor evaluation phase that resulted in winning the account. The pilot comprised curated use cases that involve the modernization of legacy systems; developing omni-channel interfaces on Cloud leveraging Big Data technologies.► Extensively utilized the services from Google Cloud Data platform to orchestrate, run and deploy workflows, ingestion pipeline etc. For example, Cloud Composer for Orchestration & Work Flow Management: Cloud Dataflow as a Big Data Processing platform for running Streaming / Batch jobs.► Got a lot of accolades for design and development of end-to-end data ingestion pipeline only by leveraging Serverless technologies. This is the first of it's kind done as part of Backend Modernization initiative in the group.

Key achievements:► My team was adjudged as second runners in 'Day of Code' event conducted in HP | India in Q12019 for developing Amazon Alexa skill for HP Device as a Service (DaaS). User can interact with this intelligent conversation model where the assistant can respond with key insights. Chief Engineer and Senior Fellow @ HP, Chandrakant D. Patel, PE, appreciated our innovation and said it's inspiring.► Plan, architect and build highly scalable and performant microservices which are part of the core infrastructure of DasS platform including services discovery, device discovery, inventory and reporting.► In depth understanding of Service fabric infrastructure involved in multi-tenant microservices applications which are deployed across different regions over the globe.► Designed and introduced Serverless Application Runtime to the team; successful rollout of Serverless platforms used widely in Analytics reports, Scheduling, ETL features etc.► System Engineering and design of Workflow management solution for asset management which is the backbone of endpoints being managed by DaaS platform.

Description:-This is HP's flagship platform that performs data analytics and deep data mining for determining the stability and performance of Windows and Android line of devices. This application helps the OEM(s) discover and determine the RTM build that can be shipped with the device. Analytics client is installed on the respective platform to collect the performance data collection and stability data. This data is reported periodically to Analytics server. The server performs analytics and deep data mining. The dashboard and visualizations need to be intuitive, interactive and dynamic. Visualizations include but not limited to different types of graphs, live maps, timeline with expiring windows. Key achievements: ► Design and build asynchronous processing model for extracting features from streaming data.►Found problem with high performance HTTP server (aka Undertow) and fixed it with the help of Wildfly (aka JBoss) development team.► Designed a shared runtime for mobile client called Application Platform Runtime to optimize the CPU cycles and ensure data consistency while collecting / reporting performance / stability data to the server.Description:-Software Update Management (SUM) for updating / upgrading firmware running on accessories which are connected to HP flagship devices. These device can be docked into different purpose-built accessories having differential form-factors . As these accessories doesn't have any user interface, the device is shipped with a companion app which is used to communicate with update server. The companion app application performs software update /sync operation whenever the device is docked.Key achievements: ► Design and build workflow for managing upgrade / update of accessories.► Designed framework for managing software builds for efficient tagging, beta trials, fast / slow ring, insider preview programs etc► Heuristics collection, including fault tracking, performance tracking and rolling updates / rollovers.

Description:-IP office is a media server targeted for midsize solution for enterprises. IP office is offered as a single box solution that can provide calling and UC capabilities like presence, messaging and multi-party conferencing out of box. Web Manager is the management application for provisioning the media server. Worked primarily on the conceptualization, design and implementation of management application(s) that can be used to provision / configure various UC capabiliites on the media server.Key achievements:► System engineering activities involving the conceptualization of centralized authentication module, directory synchronization, bulk user provisioning, File Management and System Preferences for VoiceMailPro Server.► Individual contributor in the design and development of directory synchronization using LDAP. Implemented LDAP connector as well for re-usability.Description:-System Manager is a centralized management suite of applications for administering different kinds of communication infrastructure. Worked primarily on the conceptualization, design and development of multi element manager applications to provision and manage communication infrastructure such as Communication Manager, Session Manager, Branch Gateways, and Presence Server etc. Key achievements:► Implemented near real-time synchronization mechanism between System Manager and Communication Manager using a feature called Notify Sync. Lead contributor and feature owner in the design and development of Notify Sync.► Contributed in the plan, design and development of Geo-redundancy feature in System Manager. This is one of the business critical marquee features which provides network resiliency and failover capabilities to System Manager.► Defined, designed and developed manageability of connected elements.► Implemented Asynchronous mechanism through JMS for managing the elements provisioned / discovered through common inventory.

It is indulged in developing and deploying mission critical, and scientifically feasible business applications. It’s a pioneer in exploring core research areas like high performance computing, telecommunications, image processing etc. Worked with High Performance Computing Group which developed Mercury™ - integrated telemedicine solution.It uses telecommunications and information technology infrastructure for building electronic medical record (EMR) of a patient, real-time collaboration between a doctor at regional healthcare centre and a specialist across geographies, with support for image annotations and enhancements, device integration etc.Key achievements:► Design and development of platform independent server side components of Mercury™.► Developed platform independent network archive library for establishing seamless connectivity and robust security between various service(s) and component(s) Mercury™ running on different platforms.► Designed and developed flow for integrating Digital Signature support in the real-time collaboration between specialist and doctor to ensure the data integrity.► Product licensing and distribution control using HASP technologies.► Planning product milestones and preparing roadmap.► Milestone planning and feature list extraction to plan Service pack / Feature Pack beta / candidate releases.

Description:-Worked on product called ClubCard. It is a remarkable solution for modern clubs, restaurants, and resorts to manage membership and facilities for achieving high customer service standards. It provides access control, facility usage tracking and reporting using user-friendly terminals and a secure reliable transaction environment. It has management application which runs on desktop and a PocketPC application running on handheld devices on Windows CE environment.Key achievements:► Design and development of standalone administration console to support, report generation, tax / price fixation modules.► Development of loyalty and member activation modules.
