With over 24 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, I am currently the President of Turning and Milling at Hardinge, a global leader in machine tool solutions. In this role, I oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the business segment, serving customers in aerospace, automotive, medical, and other industries. Prior to this, I was the Chief Operating Officer at Hardinge, where I led the integration and optimization of the global operations, supply chain, and Project Management/ Engineering functions. Before joining Hardinge, I held various leadership positions at JBT Corporation and Parker Hannifin Corporation, where I managed diverse teams, implemented lean transformation initiatives, and delivered profitable growth and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in engineering, with a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. I am passionate about driving innovation, Profitability growth in the industrial sector, and leveraging my skills and experience to create value for the stakeholders and the society.
