Responsible for Occupational Licensing for IGT employees throughout 17 States and 3 International Jurisdictions in the challenging and exciting Gambling industry. I work in the highly confidential, challenging, and rewarding Regulatory Compliance department at IGT’s Corporate Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. I have had hands on experience mapping applications to facilitate the new automation system. I am constantly keeping up to date on gaming statutes, rules and regulations for all states and internationally. Responsible for submitting monthly and quarterly periodic reports to various regulatory authorities. Participate in completing personal key executive gaming license applications. Administer application submittal process according to deadlines. Respond to follow up requests by regulators for supplementary information. Support routine personal and corporate investigations and assist with more complex investigations by compiling required information and reviewing for reasonableness as well as working directly with the investigators. Approve routine gaming devices and equipment shipments to domestic and tribal jurisdictions according to the company’s license and the states laws. Maintain resource documentation and databases in accordance with the retention schedule. Perform financial audits on exectuives. Create and maintain net worth statements for key executives. I am also responsible for employee gambling/alcohol/gift giving restrictions throughout my jurisdictions. Maintain impeccable maintenance and management of highly sensitive and confidential material. Prepare Mass Mailings and Press Releases and send out to 360 jurisdictions.
