Chandra Simmons is a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Practice at DHG. She most recently held an SVP, Senior Manager role in the Internal Audit group at M&T Bank. Responsibilities included Managing the IT Audit team while supporting an integrated audit team structure. Ensuring the successful completion of the annual Audit Plan and assisting in the strategic alignment of the Audit Department to meet key stakeholders needs and expectations. Chandra has managed the following portfolios, AML/Regulatory, Finance, Mortgage & Consumer Lending and SOX. Prior to M&T Chandra was a Manager in the Risk & Process Assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She previously worked for Electronic Data Systems as both a Business Analyst and Information Analyst. Chandra has been in the Audit profession since 2003. She has consulted with clients, medium to large sized public (fortune 500) and private companies as well as financial and health institutions. Chandra is an experienced leader with a wide range of IT and business experience.
