Tugas dan tangggung jawab :1. Memastikan mesin produksi Line01 (NBL Oral), Line02 (NBL Injeksi), Line03 (NBL Oral), dan Line07 (NBL Sterile) dapat beroperasi dengan baik2. Memastikan system preventive maintenance dapat berjalan sesuai perencanaan 3. Memastikan proses troubleshooting dilakukan dengan tepat dan terdokumentasi dengan baik4. Melakukan improvement baik individu maupun tim, serta menjadi fasilitator terhadap improvement yang dilakukan oleh tim5. Monitoring dan kontrol implementasi management sparepart6. Memastikan planning, realisasi dan evaluasi preventive maintenance mesin, utilitas, building dan pendukung lainnya berjalan dengan baik7. Memastikan dokumen control, compliance dan administrasi engineering berjalan dengan baik8. Monitoring, kontrol dan reporting budget dan expense engineering serta pencapaian engineering setiap bulannyaAchievement:1. Melakukan improvement menghilangkan breakdown mesin serta efisiensi kerja dengan total cost saving > 2M2. Meraih 2x GOLD medal (individu) dalam ajang internal konvensi continous improvement 2021 dan 20223. Menjadi fasilitator tim dan 2x meraih SILVER medal dalam ajang internal konvensi continous improvement 2021 dan 20224. Sertifikasi K3 Ahli Kebakaran Kemnaker 2021-20245. Responsibilities :(1) Implement preventive maintenance of production machines (Machining, Stamping, Welding, Utility)(2) Monitoring production machines regularly.(3) Lead the process of repairing the trouble machine.(4) Analyze and make reports of trouble machines.(5) Make improvements for production machines(6) Making PR for the procurement of goods and services needed by the departmentachievement :(1) PIC of stamping machine normalisation(2) improvement, nutt detector for welding machine(3) improvement, counter step process for welding machine(4) complete the preventive maintenance system for machining machine

In this work experience, I used to be a robotics trainer for students in Muhammadiyah Elementary School 1-2 Taman Sidoarjo. The training is done by providing general knowledge about robotics and basic electronic components and circuits. I succeeded in bringing the robotics team of this school to become the 2nd Champion of the national robot competition in 2018 and 1st place in the same robot competition in 2019

The student internship is conducted for 3 months. As an internship, I am responsible in following all activities in the engineering division such as routine maintenance of production machines. Besides that, I finished company' s project about developing an automatic control of temperature and humidity . This project is made as a solution in tackling the failed products due to the uncontrolled room condition. Another goal of this project is to maximize the power efficiency to reduce the company' s production costs. This project works by controlling the heater and AHU (Air Handling Unit) in the room according to the desired conditions. The system is proved to work as expected where the power efficiency is increased up to 61.08% and the temperature and humidity level of the room can be controlled properly according to the desired setpoint.
