Support staff and student needs in their digital learning environments by providing instructional or learning management system support.Design, create, and publish multimedia and online content including learning modules, tools, videos, print material, and courses for a wide-variety of audiences based on need.*Work with NISD Content Coordinators, Instructional Coaches, and Instructional Technologists to support teacher needs.*Liaison between new teachers and district support staff to ensure teachers are supported.*Collaborate with IT team members regularly to create and deliver district resources, complete district-wide projects, and support district-level initiatives.

Provide differentiated instruction in small groups for tier 2 and 3 support to struggling math students grade K-5 to enhance student academic progress.Develop new and tenured teachers’ capability to collect, interpret, and analyze multiple sources of data to improve student learning, as well as their understanding and implementation of the curriculum standards.
