The projects involves integrating Nortel/Third party SIP phones to CS1000 system, this allows telecom switch to recognize and handle the SIP phones as like other Analog, TDM , IP phones and provide telephony features (Call forward, transfer, conference, music on hold … etc) Responsibilities• Development in the areas of provisioning the SIP phones, call processing, handling emergency call from SIP phones. Providing transparency in SDP capabilities across trunk to trunk calls, managing bandwidth for SIP line calls. Route Optimization features. • Providing features Call Park, Call Pickup, Call Waiting, Call pilot – Voice mail Support. • Providing Multi Line Appearance, Registration of multiple SIP Line Users, call processing support for Multiple Lines. • Bridged Line Appearance. Call bridging related Call processing for SIP phones. • Support for Multiple Proxy Server support for SIP Gateways.• Design, Documentation, Unit Testing, Feature verification testing support, Traffic Support. • Worked on the sustenance for the feature.• Managed group of team members in the team.
