As an Air Filtration Mechanical Design Engineer, my role involves designing 3D models of air filtration products, including air filters and AHU units, using CAD software and preparing accurate fabrication drawings for standard and non-standard products to ensure production efficiency and avoid issues. I am responsible for issuing error-free sheet metal fabrication drawings for standard components with complete details, providing step-by-step product assembly instructions to production for smooth operations, and supervising the manufacturing/assembly process to provide necessary instructions. My role includes improving existing models by incorporating feedback from relevant departments, validating designs, and checking drawings for accuracy and manufacturing feasibility before release. I continuously interact with the sales, purchase, and production teams to ensure project milestones are met, prepare accurate Bills of Material (BOM) for both standard and non-standard products to support procurement and production, and utilize ERP systems like SAP for seamless operations.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, my role involves designing and detailing standard and non-standard laboratory products, including Kemresin worktops, sheet metal furniture, steel cabinets, and casework using CAD tools, while interacting with the USA Engineering team to gather complete information for timely and quality product delivery. I prioritize and plan assigned tasks, escalating timeline adjustments for complex work requests, develop concept drawings and prototypes for custom products, and design innovative components or modules to replace existing ones, improving functionality and extending equipment life. My responsibilities include maintaining accurate project records, preparing detailed production drawings with GD&T for streamlined manufacturing, and creating BOMs with operation sequences, work center allocation, time, and weight calculations, utilizing ERP systems like Syteline for efficient operations.
