Familiarity with ad serving tool like DART, Ad Expert, Helios, Yahoo APT etc - Good understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, including CPM, CPC, and CPA advertising models - Familiarity with rich media tags and a basic understanding of JavaScript, Flash, and HTML - Ability to multi-task priorities under tight deadlines - Experience in handling high priority accounts like Google, Microsoft and Yahoo

Responsibilities:-Define and execute a strategy to maximize revenue through email communication.-Continuous advancement of DM email capabilities (targeting, personalization, tracking, etc.).-Setting up and monitoring all email marketing launches via email service providers.-Working with external and internal creative resources to develop effective designs for all emails and supporting landing experiences.-Reporting on performance, bounces, complaint rate of all emails sent.-Develop strategic data-driven customer email programs.-Manage and optimize the design, content, targeting & messaging of email communications.-Utilize aggressive testing to maximize campaign performance and isolated campaign driver effectiveness.-Work with business development and marketing teams on promotions and overarching/multi-medial campaigns.-Assist in the development of the overall marketing plan and how email marketing fits within that plan.
