Presently working in API Ispat & Powertech (P) Ltd as an electrical engineer (Operation and maintenance in electrical field) since May 2018.Key Deliverables:• Commissioning of 132 KV Switchyard.• Commissioning of Power Transformer, CT/PT• Commissioning of Generator AVR Panel.• Testing of HT Breaker & LT Breaker.• Maintaining Load in distribution system like SMS, RMD.• Synchronizing Alternator to Grid.• Maintaining power factor and voltage in both parallel and island mode operation.• Taking reading and calculation of total generation, consumption, Import & export of Active energy, apparent energy & Reactive energy hour to hour.• Maintenance of Motor, Transformer, Breaker, Generator.• Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various equipments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.• Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.• Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
