Business Analyst
Current- Develop ICT administrative guidelines as needed to facilitate divisional standards of hardware, software, IT processes, and issues as they arise.- Providing direction and assistance to Global Touch’s junior IT staff team on introducing new processes, acquiring new systems, and developing infrastructure.- Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software of Agenticis - Identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in the workplace and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.- Develop project plans and cost, resources, and manage marketing website and marketing projects. - Website management, support, training, and developing IT champions to install and configure software and troubleshoot simple IT problems, system test plans, and network issues and ensure the acceptability and integrity of the system.- Management of student management system (Agentcis ), Condat Solutions, Adventus, Global study partners CRM platforms and resolve the issues faced by staff. - Graphics designing for Facebook and YouTube content for advertisement purposes.- Gather data related to students and update it to respective databases.- Updating resources and content on websites and learning resources and updating information on student management CRM.- Creating virtual PTE classes in MS Teams.- Administrating email system of Australia, India, and Nepal office- Creating user accounts for Global Touch systems for new staff and training them to use CRM( Agentcis)- Install new hardware and devices within the organization and look after maintenance. - Update content on the website regularly in terms of Education and Migration updates. - Retrieve and analyze data from databases to support the work of staff.- Administer data and system protection through managing and distributing system software and anti-virus updates to ensure the security of data.
