• Focused on delivering Technical Proposals for Gasification, Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC), Poly-generation & Licensing projects, including defining project scope, technical process descriptions, estimating plant performance, cost & cycle for applications in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Chemical and Power Generation industries. • Working closely with Air Products Commercial Operations & Sales team to understand technical requirements of the Customer and promote AP Gasification solutions. • Responsible for accurately calculating the total cost associated with a construction project or the development of a new product. Responsible for preparation of conceptual, pre-feasibility and definitive FS cost estimate & economic analysis for Projects.• Supervise the preparation of the Technical Document - Process Design Packages (PDP) for Gasification technology. Deliverables include Heat and Material balance document, Ionic balance for deciding the material of construction, Process description, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID), databases for instrumentation and process data for instruments and valves, Equipment list, Equipment datasheets, procedures for initial startup, emergency shutdown and normal operations.
