Documentation: - Preparation of documents such as Control panel BOM (Bill of Material), IO List, Control Philosophy, etc.Vendor co-ordination:- Control panel vendor development, Electrical & PLC panel Hardware testing, PLC software testing.Site support: - Online/Offline support to installation & commissioning team regarding new process instruments, PLC & HMI related troubleshooting

Troubleshooting of Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLC Logic.Carry out in house testing of Logic and interlocks using simulators.Preparation of Control related documents such as Control logic, Alarm matrix, Transition sequence, Interlock Logic, Panel Specifications, Functional logic, etc.Review of documents such as PLC configuration, I/O list, component list, P&ID, Certificates and manuals, Loop drawings, Control Panel & MCC drawings etc for IQ and OQ.Co-ordinate with Sub-contractor for Electrical and instrumentation Erection activities.
