• Handling Sourcing & Procurement of all the material required for operation like:• Civil material wiz. • Material indents are received from production dept. who will prevent procurement of excess quantities, then estimated.• Sourcing & Procurement of Electronics power devices, IC’s. Small components & electrical components, sensors, motor, cooling gas etc. also, switchgear, MCBs, VFD, Motor, Pumps and other electrical material.• Quotation comparative statement is prepared after negotiations are carried out. The total landed cost including delivery charges, best discount, inclusive all taxes, credit & payment terms, warranty of material, scope of supply, after finalize.• Purchased products are verified by QA Engineer as per product specifications for purchase order. Incoming material is check for as per purchase order (e.g. Brand, Size, Color, Qty, Schedule, and Respected Supplier)• DC & GRN with Invoice checking as per purchase order qty after transfer bill to account dept.• Monthly Management Information Reports, maintained of laid down system & procedure external & internal stock audit
