Job Responsibilities: Conduct Supplier Audit whenever required. PPAP Submission as per Customer Requirement. MSA, SPC, R&R, APQP, COPQ, 5S, 5 Why, & 8D Problem Solving Prepare Company Presentation for Customer Visit. Execution & Distribution of Customer Order by preparing & issuing Work Order. New customer Registration Procedure handling. Customer audit check list (self assessment) filled up before customer audit. Customer audits conduct, action plan for audit NC and closure at different dept. Internal Audit of all Departments six monthly. Internal audit NCR and its closing Conduct MRM 6 monthly & Data Analysis. Training plan and training reports of each month. Customer complaint reply and its closing with concerned person Customer returns product analysis report. Control of Records & Documents as per QMS. Updating of Control plan, PFMEA, Skill Matrix, Business plan, Internal audit plan. Responsible to manage all Calibration Activities of Measuring Instruments. QMS Audit and its audit reply as CAPA. Closure documents prepared for TUV audit NCR. Inform to concern persons for implement of action for QMS audit NCR. Document change notes for revised documents. Production & Rejection monitoring of All Departments. Changes in quality manual and procedure Training to concern person for effective implement of TS records T-FAT Software (ERP).As a Raw Material Purchase Planner: Raw Material Purchase Planning according to the Customers orders. Raw Material Pending Status Updating & Inventory Controlling. Raw Material Supplier Development. Maintain Round Bars Issue & Receipt Traceability. Monitor Third Party Inspection of Raw Material. Different Steel Grade wise Stock verification of Raw Material.
