1.Waste water treatment by Carbon dioxide 76.5 MT [CO2] Injection system at Tata Steel through GE water & Process.2.Boiler Turbine Generator 10MW power plant at Sree Rayalseema high strength Hypo ltd Kurnool.3.Steam Turbine Generator projects – NIRMA - Ahmedabad, Gujrat Ambuja – Hubli, VVIL ViZAG.4.Heat exchangers erection & commission, Maintenance at Crain Energy- ONGC, Barmer Rajastan.Installation & commissioning of new equipment supplied. ie. Worked at Praxair India in Various positions CO2 plants..Mangalore-KN - Mangalore chemical fertilizers, Bangalore- KN, Kanpur-UP - Duncan Industries Ltd,, Kochin - Kerala - FACT, Vikram Ispat - Steel plants @ Salav.Effectively administered all India CO2 Plant operations & Maintenance.100 TPD LCO2 & 20TPD Dry Ice Plant, at Vikram ISPAT, Salav, Birla Group of Grasim Industries. 25TPD LCO2 & 10TPD Cylinder filling Plant at FACT Kochi. Sources location LCO2 Plant at USA based Company. 1. Responsible for KPI reporting to Praxair Inc GOE leader at USA and Thailand.2. Daily review monitoring - Calibration track for Dryers & Carbon Beds Regeneration System (Heating & Cooling), Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Air Filters, SRV testing, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, RTD, etc.3. SMP / SOP and monitored through CMMS, Database for CO2 plants & logistics.4. Planning & Implementation of a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment & utilities 5. Minimizing down time of the machines and monitoring.6. Prepare annual capital & operating budgets for maintenance function.7.
