Involved in Estimates, time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.-Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.-Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.-Review deliverable for manual/automation tests prepared by team before the execution.-Act as the single point of contact between Offshore & Onsite Testing Teams.-Develop and manage full Test Life Cycle and Future plans to the New Testing Project proposals.-Act as the primary interface between Customer and Project teams on all matters.-Handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management.-Identify prospects and develop and project strategies to secure new business for QA/Testing Services.-Exposure to Automation testing tools like HP QTP, Selenium, See Test-Building competitive QA team, Training and Mentoring.
