Functioned SME, Technical Lead of Windows Server Hosting team handling with 10,000+ Windows Servers on various environments (Dev QA, & PROD).  Focus on Lead the Windows server Operation team consists of 15 members in the team. Providing operational support for the Global Server operation, which hosts more than 10,000 windows servers with highly available web applications. Any escalated requests must be analyzed for root cause with a documented solution to avoid repeated escalation. Raising / Attending technical discussions through bridge calls along with other teams for root cause analysis including identification, resolution, escalation, referral and follow-up with vendors. Work with client, project team and developers of IIS based applications to ensure timely production deployments, application stability and availability. Manage Web farm in F5 load balance. Work with application developers to provide assistance in implementation of IIS based .Net and ASP based applications and Server integration /migration.  Involve on DR test before the Project get launch in production and Periodic test for Application. Handling Incident, Request, change and Problem Management. Providing operational support for HP H/W issues.  Administration of Citrix Xenapp 7.15 Farm for Prod and QA environments. Publishing applications in xenapp farm as per the project requirement.

• Main Focus will be providing operational support for Citi Citrix infrastructure, which hosts more than 4000 windows servers.• User account management, performance/availability monitoring, and printer support for Citrix environments.• Administration of Citrix Xenapp 6.5, Presentation server 4.5 and 4.0 Farm for Prod and Dev environments.• Publishing applications in Xenapp farm as per the project requirement.• Troubleshooting on data store/IMA issues/Web interface issues.• Any escalated requests must be analyzed for root cause with a documented solution to avoid repeated escalation• Configuring and Managing Zones Policies
