I am passionate about shaping meaningful connections between communities and organisations on a global scale. My experience in the academic, government, research, innovation, and creative sector has helped build a strong network of diverse and relevant stakeholders. I constantly strive to improve and increase my skill set. I use my people skills and organisational skills to make the world a better place. I especially love working in the areas of sustainability, education and health.In my most recent role as Academic Engagement Manager at Swissnex, I recently concluded organising the Knowledge2Action Online Academy 2024 and the first Indo-Swiss AMR Innovation Dialogue in October 2023. Both of them complex international projects where I led the implementation in all aspects, right from the budgeting and social media to designing immersive learning experiences and identifying suitable instructors and experts.In my role as a project manager at C-CAMP I managed healthcare technology deployment projects across several states in India. I interfaced with government leadership at the highest levels to grassroots healthcare workers to ensure smooth implementation. I still consult for C-CAMP whenever required.Before that I designed outreach programs and managed communications for the National Centre for Biological Sciences. The highlight for me was organising over 60 outreach webinars during the COVID-19 pandemic and managing complex multi-institutional events.In the years before NCBS I worked as a college lecturer, high school teacher, freelance writer and edtech content developer. Throughout all these roles lie the common thread of life science, education and community.I also moonlight as a Spoken Word Poet and am very active in the literary community with over 200 offline and 150 online poetry events organised since 2014 across India.
