CurrentResponsible for Nutanix activities (Prism Element and Prism Central) within the initiativeBuild and maintain Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi environments. Ensure devices in both environments have valid backups and are centrally monitored.Actively participate in knowledge transfer - serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be willing to provide strong, consistent technical advisement and mentorship; drive documentation efforts and adoption of enterprise standardsTroubleshooting and resolving Azure services-related issuesSingle sign-on and federation solutions including operations and implementation knowledge of productsAzure AD Identity & Access management skills such as (permission sets, policies, and roles management); proficient in providing guidance on least privilege to business partnersAssist with maintaining M365 accounts, permissions, and applicationsIntegration with user directories (including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, etc.)Proficient in design, deployment, and support in the following technologies: MS Exchange, Outlook, Outlook 365, Active Directory, MS Teams, Azure, Azure AD, Email Archiving – Enterprise Vault, Email Security Filtering, Email Distribution List Management, SSL Certificate Management, and Domain Registration ManagementCitrix Integration: Design and integrate Citrix products, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud, with Azure virtual desktop services to provide a comprehensive and cohesive virtual desktop solution.
