Always guiding on the effects on the Omni-channel work within Modern Commerce.​​​​​​​Continuously provide support and guide the customer with a clear goal to ensure that the solution carried out is aligned with the customer’s business needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS• Responsible to uncover and discover the present and future business requirements and needs, for example by running workshops, interviews, and analyzing the current organization, processes, data, and system support• Responsible to analyze business requirement findings and advising the strategic road ahead for implementing Information Management solutions, as a part of the successful digital ecosystem• Responsible to detail Information Management solutions in accordance with business requirements, including data models and processes for example by defining user stories together with Solution architects• Involved as an advisor and customer liaison during the technical implementation• Responsible for needed customer onboarding and training sessions• Involved with other Business Advisors for skills improvement and exchange best-experience practice• Involved in the onboarding program as a mentor or trainer• Involved in presales, for example, but not limited to demoing and discussing business solution design together with the customer.• Involved in recruitment work by conducting skill interviews for future colleagues.
