Responsibilities: Planning for WEC (Turbine) Installation Daily, Weekly & monthly. Co-ordinate with the Material Department and to plan from time to time and to meet installation schedules either for shortfall items or those required urgently.  To ensure that installation process are in quality and to check periodically to prevent any standard deviation of process. To have periodical check and have follow up activities in order to rectify the technical problems if any occurred during routine installation. Achieve planning targets fixed for the site. To ensure site general cleanliness and orderliness throughout the installation and other facility areas. Planning and positioning of Crane for installation. Conducting load test periodically with Cranes.  Implementing all safety process and keep watching the proper usage of safety Equipments. Monitoring and Repairing of electrical, mechanical and lifting tools which are in use for installation. Maintaining calibration certificates and monitoring all Tools and Tackles. Preparing Monthly and weekly reports. Preparing lifetime file (WEC) and on lining the details. Conducting classes for new joined (Gurukul Classes) regarding WEC. Coordinating with Crane and trailers. Individually handled two sites in Tamilnadu & Karnataka. Handled a team size of 100 employees. Reducing crane and Man power cost by proper planning.Operations & Maintenance/ Troubleshooting Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operations expenditures and work within the budget; troubleshooting the problems pertaining to System Performance, Administration, Application Conflicts and System Bugs. Solar project execution at Kavital site in Karnataka.
