The program involves integration of tens of systems together, communicating via hundred of complex interfaces and integration layers. This ensures standardisation of all business processes across all brands of VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda.I specifically work on Agency and Non-Agency Leasing module that is complex, challenging, critical and unique to the UK business. The main delivery of my work is to build a brand new Fleet Quotation System on Salesforce platform that needs to be integrated with numerous systems such as VW Car Configurator, the Contract Management System and the New-car Ordering System via VW's ISB layers.

BUSINESS ANALYST/ IT ARCHITECT (Dec. 2018 – Dec. 2019)Part of Daimler’s point-of-sales (MBCPoS) rollout programme in region Europe, I successfully delivered CRM Data Dispatcher service, to provide an enterprise service layer on Amazon Web Service (AWS) to enable integration of external systems with MBCPoS. This helped in optimisation of the sales process by automating lead data exchanges, stoped manual re-keying, reduced input errors and increased customer buying experience.The new service improved the sale process by reducing the sales process by 8 – 15 minutes per enquiry and potentially saves approximately £90000/annum by de-commissioning of legacy services and systems.

Part of Daimler’s wider digital initiatives, I was involved in delivery of smart car Online store. This was fresh initiative from smart head office to sell smart car online. Smart online store was a self-service store designed to help a customer to buy a car, from registration to handover, in a step-by-step approach with 12-16 clicks. This was the first online automotive sales store in UK and was fully integrated with the Mercedes Financial Service’s contract management system, underwriting, vehicle management system, logistics and dealer management system for sales and after-sale servicesThe role involved in understanding business change needs, analyzing and documenting the business requirements, mapping requirements to the functional specifications, designing support model, designing back-end business process to support online sales, support/train business and internal users. The smart online store sold its first car within first 45 minutes and first 50 cars in next six months.

Part of Daimler’s Mercedes-benz_point-of-sales system (MBCPoS) rollout programme in UK, I successfully delivered market_CRM integration service to connect external Lead Management Systems (LMS) with MBCPoS via IBM MQ Service and WebServices. Integration of third party LMSs with Daimler’s MBCPoS and Autoline (DMS) achieved seamless exchange of lead/order data by minimising re-keying of data, reduced errors, optimised sales process and improved customer experience.Role involved business process analyses, system analysing, landscape and impact analysis, working with infrastructure teams to design network architecture and connect partner data centres with Daimler's European Data Centre.The new service improved the sale process by 10 – 22 minutes per enquiry.

Some key projects delivered in 2013-14 were:• Successfully delivered Deposit Contribution project to enable automatic flow of financial data from front-end web system to downstream applications using current and new interfaces. The project removed the manual process, reduced the errors and enhanced the business process;• Delivered iterations on Optimization of Contract Contract Life-cycle project in SAP CMS system. Project involved interpretation of laws & practices in risk & compliance and HR;• Successfully delivered the upgrade of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System to ensure that Retail and VGL customers of VWFS UK have the capability to process the card payments via their telephone system. The project reduced the influx of cheques and manual card processing by customer services. This involved solution modelling and translating the requirements relating to the interaction between Avaya Aura Experience Portal (AAEP) and CMS web service.
