Carlton Towers Owners Association Jan12 till dateAs General Manager (Projects & Facilities) responsible for the renovation/Maintenance and Facilities Management of the Carlton Towers premises.Carlton Towers is one of the largest commercial Complex in Bangalore located at Old Air Port Road, Bangalore, having 160 units of individual office space. Due to an unfortunate fire incident during Feb 2010 the entire complex had to be closed for renovation.As General Manager (Projects & Facilities) responsible for the ongoing renovation Projects in the Carlton Tower premises viz.,  Vendor Management Installation of New Lifts Renovation of the complete Electrical System Installation of New Diesel Generators Installation of Fire Fighting Systems as per the existing guidelines Liaison with various Government agencies viz., CEIG, BBMP, Fire Department and the like• Managing Engineering & Maintenance Services involving the following activities:- Preventive Maintenance and / periodical regular maintenance of all equipments namely.- Lifts- Generators.- Other Electrical/ Mechanical equipments Pumps Motors, Transformer Substation Electrical Control Room• Housekeeping and Security Management.
