I have 30 years of experience in the aquaculture industry with progressive levels of business management responsibilities. Built and managed INVE, a global shrimp hatchery nutritional and health products supplier, in India. Served as the Country Head of India for Grobest, a major aquaculture feed producer in Asia. Founding member of the Society of Aquaculture Professionals, the largest aquaculture organization in India, and served as its President from 2016-2018. Now, I am building a consulting firm to help companies and individuals that serve aquaculture. From starting up a new business entity in India to rebuilding companies that desire a change in the way they operate and make money, I can provide advisory and management services in diverse areas. Recruiting, training and building a team is a particular strength of mine. With an in-depth understanding of the aquaculture value chain and the markets, and connections to aquaculture professionals in not only India, but most of Asia and the Middle East, my services are aimed to make a difference in the reach and impact of those who serve aquaculture.
