Also worked with product designers to develop VM, life style products, gifts & trophies. Worked with craftsmen on wood working toys & Bidri Art. Solely managed the task of developing accounts, product development, vendor development, preparation of BOQ & technical specifications. Handled the overall manufacturing operations including the printing division. Managed the responsibilities of developing a signage system, street furniture and implementation of the same for SEZ projects. Handled implementation of Corporate Identity standards across all sections at various client locations on turnkey basis. Implemented skill development programs for workmen of manufacturing setup to improve the competency levels as per business need. Involved in recruitment, training, inductions and on floor training for staff. Converted the design products to modular, repeatable and production ready elements.

Set up a full-fledged manufacturing and assembly unit of Nimlok exhibition display systems under technical collaboration with Nimlok Ltd.(U.K.) Recruitment of staff, handling a team of 150 people (permanent and contract); involved in infrastructure and vendor development. Responsible for the task of ensuring timely production and co-ordination with creative team.
