Job Role:o Projects study for customer requirement.o Robotic Concept Designing for the applications Machine Tending, De-burring, Handling, Welding,and Palletizing. (Refer the Concept image in the email).o Work with the Initial Robotic Trail for all Applications like Machine Tending, De-burring, Handling, Welding, and Palletizingo Creating the Trail Video for presenting customers (Movie Maker Software).o System simulation by Solid Woks and K-Roset.o Cycle time calculation for Automation Process, (Excel, PPT).o Fixture and Gripper concept designing by Solid Works.o Quote preparation for projects.o Make DAP (Design Approval for Project) for approved project.o Installation activity follow-up.o ON & OFF Line Teach (Kawasaki Robot and also Nachi Robot).o Basics of AS Language (K-Roset).R & D Projects: Six Axis Robots:o I have designed the SIX Axis Robot using the Solid Works application.o In this project I have used the harmonic drive, servo motor (Absolute Encoder) and precise controller.o The precise controller is the universal compact controller (Space Consumption).o The program can be simple by using this controller (Simple and effective).o Any type of servo motor can be easily tuned with the precise controller for better performance. (Performance Improvement).o Using this Six Axis I have achieved the lightweight, portable robot (65kg), Maximum reach and better payload with minimum cost of development.
