Handled 120 Exclusive Branded showroom of Reliance Telecom in the state of tamilnadu.Conceptualized the complete franchisee model along with HO team and launched these 120 Stores across TN.Handled the complete P&L of the branded retail vertical.

Andhra Pradesh And Tamilnadu

Recepent of the 'BEST RETAIL ROLLOUT' award for the fastest rollout of the True Value Shoppee across AP.Within 6 months span we had completed the retail rollout of 124 stores and achieved 240 Stores in 1 year span.The franchisee ROI was the best in the industry where we had shown a 3% per month ROI and 36% to 50% per Annum.
