Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead 15 Members of Private Cloud Network Operations team of L2 & L3 engineers and leadership for all critical incidents affecting Private Cloud network environment, focusing on technical capability across the technology • Leverage tools, monitoring and automation capabilities extensively to ensure Private Cloud Network Operations Center maintains control, ownership and operational authority for compute and network environments.• Design, Develop, Implement and support the use of technology with geographically distributed infrastructure systems. Provide management of the tactical IT plans to ensure they meet current needs and are responsive to the future needs. Maintain the integrity of the systems with applying security best practices.• Manage all internal, co-located and/or cloud-based data center and related system.• Manage global IT assets including software licenses and hardware full lifecycle management.• Supervise and provide technical leadership to technical staff and ensure compliance with appropriate policies.• Develop and manage adherence to departmental Change Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Define, develop, maintain, and test Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.• Participate in budgeting, process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.• Identify and respond to technology related professional growth needs for all staff members and train staff appropriately• Assigning engineers to specific tasks to complete the project as per the SLA• Schedule and lead weekly network meeting calls• Setting Goals to the team members as part of the appraisal cycle• Review and providing the rating for the appraisal to the engineers

Roles & Responsibilities: • Managing the entire Network Vertical as Manager for Operation and Engineering Team• Excellent management, decision making and motivational skills.• Managing Team size of 15 engineers in network operation and engineering team• Ability to identify critical IT issues and propose viable solutions.• Ability to manage, coach, mentor, train and review performance of a team of network engineers.• Demonstrated customer service and personnel management skills.• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical and technical staff.• Ability to perform tasks in a team as well as independently.• Skilled in handling multiple projects and meet deadlines.• Excellent troubleshooting, analyzing and problem-solving skills.• Highly motivated and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Highly skilled in developing innovative solutions to handle complex problems. • Actively participate in the Internal and External Audit• Review and Approve the Changes related to network as vertical manager • Participate in Severity 1 and 2 Incident calls to discuss the RCA • Yearly budget planning from network vertical• AMC renewal for the network devices and coordination with the Vendor• Scheduling the Weekly review call with Network operation and engineering team to track the projects • Involve on Severity incident on bridge call as part the escalation and make sure the issues are resolved within the SLA• Managing the Network Inventory and IP database • Technical discussion on new requirement and providing the solution for the project requirement• Assigning engineers to specific tasks to complete the project as per the SLA• Schedule and lead weekly network meeting calls• Setting Goals to the team members as part of the appraisal cycle• Review and providing the rating for the appraisal to the engineers

• Leads internal teams/task forces.• Network L2 support engineer to address any concerns, queries and resolving all Network Infrastructure related issues on Cisco technologies. • Perform Incident Management, problem Management and Change Management.• Provide inputs to L3 team for root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.• Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration • WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting.• Trouble shooting Access Point and wireless controllers issue • Mentors those with less experience through informal channels. • Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by the company. • Trains other innovators through both formal and informal training programs. • Internal Operations• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
