I started by single handedly managing all the Growth related tasks of Talents. Also, lead and set various processes for smooth functioning of the department. With over two years of working in a Global company, I started off as an Executive in the Digital Department and moving on to the Studios Business.Job Responsibilities in Studios included:Serve as the Primary Contact for all deal servicing queries.Communicate with client, client representatives, partner companies & 3rd party vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Pre-sales support including identifying demo requirements providing product specs and creating sales collaterals. Working closely with the Research team on evaluation of movies and key programming events; and interpreting the reports. Liaise with Marketing, PR & International studios department to ensure promotion activities are undertaken and executed.

With almost an experience of a year, I played an active role in development and ideation of key company communication plans. Not only being part of the Corporate PR but also managing all internal communications related activities. Also assisted to ideate and execute various marketing and branding exercises.Job Responsibilities included:Maintaining the channels for Internal Communication with all stakeholders.Responsible for managing internal communications channels,including writing the staff bimonthly newsletter "Milescape", updating the intranet with latest news and drafting/editing key internal presentations

As part of the Telecom & Finance Department of Avian Media, handled various clients such as Scomi Group, Thomas Cook India Limited, Allcargo Global Logistics Limited, Parthenon Group, IATA & CelebiJob Responsibilities included:Client Servicing and Sharing insights for client programme-Ideas on month plan. Conducting research to support pitch activities-Industry research and media audit. Understanding and Creating media lists specific to client industry. Relationship Building and Networking with colleagues, clients and the media. Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media. Event management, including press conferences and promotional events.

I did a two month Internship with ‘Genesis Burson Marsteller’ as a part of the Post Graduation course.At Genesis Burson-Marsteller (GBM), I was placed in the Fashion & Lifestyle sector. GBM has an array of clients which include Lakmé i.e. Lakmé Colour, Lakmé Studio and Lakmé Fashion Week, AXE Deodorant, and Dove Shampoo. During my stint with GBM, I did News You Can Use (NYCU’s), prepared dossiers for the respective client, Media Calling, Press Release Dissemination & Media Follow up, Media Accreditation for Lakmé Fashion Week, Media Opportunity and Research.
