Mukunda Dairy was started in the year 2002 with capacity of 10000 liters per day in Hyderabad, now it has been expanded to 120000liters per day and 40000liters per day in Bangalore.• Products Handling - Milk, Curd, Butter, Buttermilk and Paneer.• Responsible for overall Procurement, Production, Quality control, Budget l, Manpower Management etc.• Prepare and manage operational Budget.• Improve and updating the existing SOPs to increase the efficiency of operations and implementing best practices to ensure quality milk production at low costs.• Responsible for Execution of Production Process as per Plan & Achieve Production Targets• Planning of new milk products to increase the revenue of the company• Attending and organizing various training programs of ISO 9001:2008 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Regular training and development of staff for better performance• Oversee the smooth dispatch of various goods into the market in timely manner

• Responsible for overall operations to process & produce milk & milk products ensuring hygiene, quality & quantity and achieve the targets as per schedule• Monitoring of Process & Produce Quality of Milk & Milk products• To plan production based on market requirement, coordinate to ensure availability of required raw material and packing material at all times in the plant.• Effective utilization of Manpower & Energy• Maintain Safety, Cleanliness and Hygiene Conditions• Implementation of Quality Systems ISO, HACCCP, FSMS and take lead in implementation of requirements of these systems• To work towards continuous improvement of product quality, food safety and plant/personal hygiene. Regular monitoring of process wastage and work to reduce the same to deliver raw material and packing material utilization above set standards. • Monitoring Consumption of Consumables & Packing Materials• Supervising production shift activity for milk powder, Butter, Ghee.• Maintain of RM/PM stock for production.• Maintaining workplace safety.• Responsible for monitoring mass balance
